On Tuesday 3rd May our Senior 4 students were given the opportunity to extend the knowledge acquired from PSCD lessons on drug education during a talk organised in school by the Guidance Department.
Superintendent Keith Arnaud and Sergeant Officer Mr Jonathan Pace from the Drug Squad Unit delivered an interactive talk that enabled the students to take an active role in their learning of the subject whilst also having the opportunity to reflect on their role as responsible social agents and the respective consequences. This experience helped to expose them to real-life case studies and legislation regarding drug usage.
The session was very well-received by the girls and we are grateful to Superintendent Arnaud and Mr Pace for their support.
