Book Week 2025
It was a busy time at our school last week as we celebrated Book Week. We launched the week with an informative assembly and outlined the programme of activities planned for the days ahead.
The students’ creativity could be seen in the various competitions held. It was lovely to see the entries displayed in the school foyer, adding a colourful touch to our school environment.
Students also tried their luck in both the Book Trivia and Guess the Reader competitions, with winners taking home book prizes.
The lower forms enjoyed Cinema Time in the Library, watching film adaptations of two David Walliams’ books. They also listened to an engaging story read out to them during break.
A special thanks goes to the much-loved author, Antoinette Borg, for joining us and sharing insights into her works with the upper forms.
We wrapped up the week with a Dress Up Day. Book characters came to life and our school was transformed into a magical world full of colourful and creative costumes.
Well done to everyone who participated and helped make this Book Week a truly memorable celebration!
