Thanks to Ms Mary Rose Formosa, the EkoSkola committee is in possession of several wetland grass seeds that can be planted.  Once germinated, the seedlings will be transported to Marsascala.

Mr James Gabarretta, site manager at  Il-Magħluq (Marsascala) and Il Ballut (Marsaxlokk), joined us virtually today during break.   He explained to us the procedure we are to follow for planting these seeds and the hydroponic method by which these plants are being cultivated.

The St. Joseph Senior School Sliema EkoSkola Committee would like to thank Mr Gabarretta for his time and the useful information passed on to us.
