JAYE MALTA – Social Innovation Challenge 2021

Today, Tuesday 24th November, two student teams from Senior 4 and Senior 5 are taking part in the JAYE Social Innovation Challenge.  JAYE are presenting a challenge related to Sustainable and Green Buildings in line with ESG (Environmental and Sustainable Governance) practices and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The day’s objective is that each team identifies and presents a solution to the challenge via potential products and business ideas by the end of the day.  Several speakers from HSBC, EY, and The Malta Chamber will inspire and inform the students about the topics at hand. The day will take the students through various fun, hands-on experiences with an opportunity to meet and work with mentors from the industry.

At the end of the day the students will present their idea in front of a panel of judges and the winning teams will be announced and awarded.
